About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Team Leader, we are seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team as a Retail Operations Assistant.

This role will provide support to the Retail Operations team through general administrative tasks, including being the point of contact for our retail store teams, answering all queries about our scheduling and timesheet program.

In addition, this role will also provide support to our facilities team, as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide administration support as required to the Retail Leadership Team
Coach store teams on best practise use of the scheduling and timesheet program
Dayforce
Support teams to build, adjust and publish effective schedules
Analyse reporting and make schedule recommendations based on review
Organise planned and unplanned maintenance services

Skills and Experience:

Highly motivated with a cando attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task
Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service
Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills
Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded
