We are currently looking for a Maintenance Data Analyst/Officer for our client based in Perth.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the asset management functional lead in developing the asset data model.
  • Modify and implement changes to the asset data structure in accordance with asset data model.
  • Establish asset master data, including asset reliability data in accordance with asset defect ratings, maintenance ratings, and failure codes with support from the reliability engineering function.
  • Ensure labour hours and material costs for maintenance works are recorded for performance monitoring.
  • Perform asset data integrity health checks.
  • Upload and maintain currency of maintenance procedures and work packages in the asset management system, supported by the reliability engineering function.
  • Ensure linkages to other databases are established i.e., AMPLA and Historian (Cargo handling assets) for data on asset performance, asset downtime, and asset production rates.
  • Report on asset data accuracy and asset management system data extracts.
  • Manage asset databases, and maintain processes to verify asset data integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • AQF level 5 or above technical qualifications in asset maintenance, or maintenance management or planning
  • Experience in asset maintenance as a data analyst/planner or end user of computerised maintenance management system
  • Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools
  • Skills in MS Office tools like Excel/Access
  • Experience in processing master data change requests
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and ensure delivery of priorities.
