As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be a confident communicator who is passionate about providing positive client experiences.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working both autonomously and also within a fun & social team environment.

The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

Assisting with all areas of the PM department
Delivering exceptional customer service
Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
Assisting with lease renewal negotiations
Routine inspections
Entry and Exit inspections
Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions

What you'll need to succeed:

Previous real estate experience is advantageous
A valid Australian Driver's License & current Certificate of Registration
Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
High levels of professionalism
The ability to manage and prioritise your time
