About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our welcoming and growing ASA team If you are an experienced administrator who has excellent attention to detail and that natural ability to build rapport with clients, then this is the role for you


Reporting to the Team Leader of Customer Service, the Client Support Officer will work with a dedicated customer service team to ensure all administrative activities undertaken for clients are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive inbound calls from clients and deal with general advice queries.
  • Book in signup meetings.
  • Complete accurate data entry and maintain databases.
  • Providing advice to ASA clients
  • Complete outbound calls to clients
  • General administration duties as required
This is a
Full-time, Maximum Term Contract ending June 2023 that is available for immediate commencement.


About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A desire to work in the administration field
  • Sound organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work fastpaced and to timecritical deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills with competency in operating Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to work to KPIs
  • National Police Clearance
