The Manager, Business and Support Services reports directly to the Chief Information and Digital Officer and is part of the management team of the Digital and Technology Services Branch and plays a critical role in ensuring the service experience for internal staff (clients) and external stakeholders (customers) are of a high standard with particular focus on leading and managing the team to drive efficient processes and continuous improvement for service delivery and support.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader who has a passion for service delivery. Someone who has a strong strategic mind and experience in driving continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in leading change and building organisational capability, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
