Manager, Tafe Transition

The Role


The Manager, TAFE Transition, is responsible for developing the Change Management Plans to support the delivery of specific TAFE Transition objectives to drive improved quality, efficiency and responsiveness (including in emerging areas).

Project Portfolio Management systems, tools, processes, training, and other materials.

The role will hold accountabilities for:

  • Change plan oversight
  • implementing roadmaps of activity that uplift TAFE service capability (including quality and responsiveness of training delivery), organisational capability and financial sustainability.

The Team
The position of Manager, TAFE Transition forms a part of the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery / Skills and Employment Group


Skills and Employment (SE) focuses on enabling Victorians to gain access to skills and employment opportunities and enabling a strong pipeline of workers to meet Victoria's skills needs, now and into the future.


The Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD) plays a system leadership and management role for the TAFE Network across Victoria.

The OTCD is primarily responsible for driving change in the way in which the Victorian TAFE Network provides training as a coordinated network and serves Victorian students, employers and communities and responds to Government priorities.


About You


The Manager, Tafe Transitions role will be required to identify recurring problems and prevent future recurrence by integrating solutions into work process, deliver tangible business outcomes and effective solutions.
