    Fyfe is a consulting firm offering a variety of engineering, environmental, planning, and surveying services across Australia. Working closely with clients in the Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resources sectors, Fyfe focuses on delivering top-notch solutions with a strong emphasis on client service and project delivery.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Mining Infrastructure & Delivery team, responsible for providing engineering design and project management services to mining and industrial clients nationwide. This position is available in both our Perth and Adelaide offices.

    • Lead major projects from concept to detailed design, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Handle Project Management tasks including Risk, Governance, and Design Management.
    • Incorporate Project Controls, Contracts Administration, Construction Management, and Cost Planning into project systems.
    • Take on Pursuit and/or Proposal Manager roles as needed to drive success with internal and external clients.
    • Collaborate with client-facing representatives to execute market and client strategies effectively.
    • Utilize your strategic skills to nurture client relationships and foster business growth.
    • Develop a leadership path to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment that promotes adaptability.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in the resource sector.
    • Established relationships within the resource sector.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, along with technical and leadership experience.
    • Demonstrated design or Project Management experience in the Resources/Mining sector.
    • Previous site experience is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
    • High energy, keen on business development, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.
