What are we looking for?

Previous experience in hospitality management.
Previous experience in gaming opening and closing of gaming floor.
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
TAB Compliance.
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.

What will my duties include?

Assisting with achievement of set financial targets.
Stock control and management.
Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management.
Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions.
Ensure venue is compliant with all external bodies.

Operating as part of the wider Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) group, Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) has a portfolio of 14 hotel and club venues located across greater Melbourne.
