people2people Brisbane, has teamed up with a well-established not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving both individuals and organizations.Their mission is to provide advice, support, and representation to local councils, with a particular focus on improving operations, strengthening community relationships, and fostering innovation and success.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating the AGM and regional engagement activities
- Managing AGM motions
- Preparing bimonthly agendas and minutes and coordinating briefing notes for external meetings.
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong planning skills
- A deadlinedriven mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
You should also be able to display initiative and ownership, maintain confidentiality and discretion, and have demonstrated experience within Advocacy.
