the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 202- To ensure the successful operational delivery of the ninth edition of this competition, we have set up a Local FIFA Subsidiary (LFS).
Its aim is to improve the experience of over 1.1 billion people watching the FIFA Women's World Cup, by delivering innovative solutions across all operational areas.

HR Admin Coordinator
Job responsibilities
- Assist with the issuing of Employment Agreements
- Assist with the on boarding activities of all employees including:
- preparing, issuing and managing HR documents
- updating and maintaining internal databases
- recording payroll related changes
- maintain employee records
- onboarding process
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions and employee benefits.
- Provide employees with guidance to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist HR team with adhoc initiatives.
- Any other duties that may be required to assist in the successful delivery of the teams objectives

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
Qualifications & experience
- 23 years+ HR admin support experience
- Sound understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Exposure to aspects of employment including, human resources related laws
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent administrative and IT skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Positive attitude, patience and persistence

- The FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 Local Entity was established after the two host countries were awarded the hosting rights to the world's biggest women's sporting event in June 2020.
- The Entity, with offices in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau and Sydney/Gadigal, is tasked with delivering the tournament for 32 teams (up from 24 in 2019) in ten stadiums across 9 host cities in New Zealand and Australia from 20 July to 20 August 202
- The first FIFA Women's World Cup to be hosted by two confederations (Asia and Oceania), and the first in the Southern Hemisphere, will not only take players and fans 'Beyond Greatness' but will radically move the dial for gender equality.
