***The Role
Join their Corporate Advisory Team and work closely with the Associate Director and Partners to lead this team to further success.
Be responsible for assisting in managing the Director's client base and provide advise on a range of corporate advisory transactions.
This includes valuations and expert reports as well as IPO's, M&A's, Due Diligence and Financial Modelling.Your Duties
- Perform analysis of financial information, contributing to the content of reports and advice documents
- Prepare and review business and financial models
- Prepare business proposals and assist with managing the client portfolio
- Conduct initial drafting of documents and sections
- Provide advice to clients through written reports
- Support and manage more junior staff in the team
The Applicant
- Previous experience in Corporate Advisory & Corporate Transactions
- Experience in Public Practice is essential for this role
- Post graduate qualification, such as CA/CPA
- Good understanding of technical issues, such as changes to legislation, valuations and accounting standards
- Technology strong with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
