The Role and the Team:

You'll drive the digitization of endtoend P&C processes that improve employee experience and implementing new digital solutions across P&C that leverage and augment our tech stack.
Responsible for the design of the digital P&C strategy and architecture in alignment with the boarder people and technology strategies you will ensure our tech stack is fit for purpose for today and the future.
A team will of specialists will enable you to deliver projects on time and within budget. You'll also work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure solution design and delivery complies with data privacy and security regulations.

What you'll bring:

A proven track record of the design, development, and implementation of HRIS tech stacks.
An adaptable approach being able to flex between strategy and delivery.
Passion for digital innovation along with an CX mindset.
A deep understanding of Workday HRIS modules.
