About the role:

To ensure consistent and optimal supply of goods for resale into the Viva Energy Retail (formerly Coles Express) store network, accommodating for seasonal and promotional volume impacts, new products and supply interruptions.

This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have the following;

Proven track record of using analytical problem solving and insights to develop or improve processes or systems in a retail or similar environment
Ability to drive continuous improvement of our methodologies and tools to support project delivery
Store Operations
FMCG Merchandising / Supply Chain Planning
Replenishment / Inventory Management
Experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics Role preferred
Inventory management experience preferred
Experience implementing retail event project plans
Experience with supplier / customer relationship management
Statistics / Forecasting / Replenishment methods
Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across all levels and functions
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to selfmanage
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Ability to comply with tight deadlines and produce quality outcomes
