Trainee Recruitment Consultant with one of Australia's leading education recruitment agencies that operates globally. You will be recruiting across the early childhood space.

- $65k - $75k Package + Commission (dependent on experience)

Monday
Friday: 38 hours per week flexible start and finish times
Located in Newstead, Brisbane
Work from home 2 days per week once you are fully trained

Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with permanent team to recruit educators for clients in the Early Childhood space
Sourcing strategies to attract and engage with excellent educators
Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
Coordinate the compliance and onboarding of new starters
Build relationships with existing clients
A cando attitude
Excellent communication skills
Have a desire to progress a career within recruitment
Selfmotivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
