Description
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join the team at Stockland.

In this role, you will maximise profit centre performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes.


About the Role

  • Support Marketing Managers to execute marketing plans and key initiatives
  • Assist with national and local lead generation campaigns
  • Support new project launches, land releases and rolling programs
  • Implement database communications
  • Content development for online and offline channels
  • Deliver events working with external agencies
  • Participate in brand and positioning strategic development
  • Manage collateral design and production
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
  • Provide support to Marketing Managers to monitor expenditure in line with agreed annual budgets
  • Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives
  • Access learning and development opportunities and build your career development plan

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Marketing experience, including production of marketing materials
  • Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
