Our client is a well known Chartered Accountants that are a growing eight (8) Partner firm with 60 staff based in Southbank.
They have a new and exciting opportunity that will see you supporting 4 Partners (all known to be amazing to work with).
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for building a strong relationship with your group of Partners and clients
- Proactively manage partner diaries and client commitments
- Drafting and preparing correspondence including client packages, reports, invoices, proposals, and other documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, as required
- Assist with electronic office filing of records; WIP management and reception, as required
About you
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, working in a professional services firm
- Ability to build trust and rapport and maintain relationships
- Able to work as a team player, and autonomously as required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in interacting with clients both over the phone, in person and by correspondence
- Excellent administrative skills
