You will required to communicate with guests and other employees and ensure associates are working together as a team to provide optimum service.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs and follow the sequence of service when serving food and beverages to the guests.


Who you are and what you need:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Passion for the Hospitality Industry
  • Must have an RSA
  • You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high volume environment
