Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the role will include but not be limited to:

Day to day processing and managing the rebate handling & invoice process.
Maintain accurate and accessible reports on the rebate process.
Provide a high level of customer service when assisting customers/suppliers & members with rebate queries.
Liaise with and manage suppliers to obtain monthly rebate reports in a timely manner through the rebate process.
Periodic processing of invoices for other services.
Experience in a customer service, finance, or administration role, Accounts Receivable experience highly desirable.
Prior experience with Rebates is favorable.
Able to operate autonomously with mínimal support.
Interacts with customers to provide a credible and professional experience
Demonstrated highlevel written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently and to use initiative and problem‐solving skills in order to organise and prioritise workloads.
Strong Word processing, Excel, and data entry skills.
Experience and advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office.
