Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the role will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day processing and managing the rebate handling & invoice process.
- Maintain accurate and accessible reports on the rebate process.
- Provide a high level of customer service when assisting customers/suppliers & members with rebate queries.
- Liaise with and manage suppliers to obtain monthly rebate reports in a timely manner through the rebate process.
- Periodic processing of invoices for other services.
- Experience in a customer service, finance, or administration role, Accounts Receivable experience highly desirable.
- Prior experience with Rebates is favorable.
- Able to operate autonomously with mínimal support.
- Interacts with customers to provide a credible and professional experience
- Demonstrated highlevel written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently and to use initiative and problem‐solving skills in order to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Strong Word processing, Excel, and data entry skills.
- Experience and advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office.
