We are seeking an active and passionate Store Leader for their Paddington store - in being a part of this brand you will contribute to making the world a better place, physically, socially and mentally.

The Role |

You will have the opportunity to lead the team and be responsible for all aspects of store operations.

Amongst other things you will be accountable for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management and most importantly providing amazing customer service.


  • Sales ability to drive sales growth, meet targets and optimise store performance
  • Rostering managing rosters considering store performance and wage spend
  • VM understanding of visual merchandising principles to create appealing and onbrand store displays, taking pride of how store is presented
  • Leadership strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, motivate and develop a highperforming retail team
  • Customer service commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and familiar with sales techniques
  • Coaching experience in recruiting, training and developing team members with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive culture
  • Community excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with community partners
  • Passion team leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about and represents the values of the brand
The Skillset |

Retail store management or 2IC experience is essential;

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Effective roster management
  • A flair for apparel, merchandising and a passion for exceptional customer service
  • A strong interest in developing beneficial community relationships with local complimentary businesses and brand ambassadors
  • Someone who takes pride in how your team, store and brand is presented
  • A natural and compelling leader who can forge, maintain and develop strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated interest in the fitness and health industry and pursuing an active lifestyle
  • A team leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about 2XU
