The Company Autoline is a family owned, Australian Business that is a trusted supplier of 4WD and light vehicle parts to the mining, transport and fleet industries.

Proudly operating since 1974, Autoline has grown to become a large player in the automotive parts industry, recently launching their own brand of light vehicle spare parts.

Their customers are the owners or mechanics of light vehicle fleets in rural areas, but their bread and butter is in distributing spare parts to owners and operators of light vehicle fleets in the mining sector.

Autoline has branches Nation wide, based in Perth, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Mackay and Mount Isa.
The Role We are searching for an Internal Sales representative to join the team.

Based at the head office in Canning Vale, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities to new and existing clients.

This role will suit someone who thrives on success and working within a high performing team.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Involved in planning of marketing campaigns
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current clients and prospective clients
  • Outbound campaign calls to promote new products and line extensions
  • Ensure database is maintained quotes and customer call cycles
  • Run sales meetings (not presenting but driving the tool)

What we are looking for:


  • Someone who is motivated and feels a sense of achievement when closing a deal with a happy client
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Has an innate urge to generate new business with a fearless ability to ask insightful questions to uncover a customer's real needs
  • An interest or experience in the Automotive industry is highly regarded
  • Proven sales, account management or customer service experience
