We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Canning Vale WA, providing outstanding service to our customers

YOUR OPPORTUNITY


Due to a promotion, we are looking for a dynamic
Customer Care Consultant to join our small
Trade Store team.

Based in
Canning Vale this opportunity will see you using your exceptional face to face customer service skills with our customers within the office space and working in the warehouse.


Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate commitment to safety by ensuring that no safety problem is ignored
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service
  • Building rapport and trust with internal and/or external customers to ensure productive working relationships
  • Navigating the Dynamic system to provide the best service and product mix and assess customer requirements through appropriate questioning techniques
  • Maintain up to date price labels and advertising material in shop front

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous Customer Service experience and motivated to provide exceptional service outcomes
  • Excellent communication Skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Selfmotivation, discipline and work well within a team
  • Windows PC Knowledge
  • Industrial Supply or Trade understanding is an advantage
  • Technical product knowledge preferable
