About You
Use your supervisory skills and experience to lead a great team within a Warehousing environment.

In this hands-on role, you will have 3-5 years experience managing a team within a warehouse environment and be able to demonstrate the following;

Strong knowledge of EH&S standards and legislation applicable to Warehousing & Distribution
Be available for 10am starts
Strong communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to be agile and work under pressure, maintaining a high quality of work
Have a passion for customers
SAP experience desirable
Forklift license essential and LO license highly regarded
Hands on role that can adapt and react quickly to day to day operational challenges

About the Role
You will report into the Warehouse Manager and will also be responsible for the following;

All safetyrelated activity within the warehouse including, championing safe work practices, perform risk assessments, identify, report and correct any safety related issues
Warehouse operations including allocating resource, driving operational excellence and continuous improvements throughout the warehouse
Conduct weekly operational meetings with staff
Lead all warehouse picking, correct receipting off stock, replenishing and housekeeping processes
Provide leadership to all associates in the warehouse
Ensure customer delivery service adhered too
Work closely with the operations teams to ensure all activity meets cut off times and schedules
Cost control and continuous improvement
Focused to increase productivity of the site
