This project is to implement a new cloud-based version of Kronos Workforce Dimensions to replace multiple instances of the existing on-premise Time and Attendance system.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse use cases, acceptance criteria and requirements for validity and feasibility
Support the Test Manager in creating detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test strategies and test plans for all aspects of testing lifecycle
Support Test manager in execution and management of testing activities
Ensure use of appropriate testing methodologies and techniques
Undertake and coordinate all aspects of Test lifecycle
Ensure all test activities and documentation are completed within the set timeframes and requirements as well as in accordance with appropriate test methodology and techniques/standards
Ensure appropriate level of quality is maintained by the resolution of critical defects and issue management
Use of test management tools for maintaining test cases, defect management etc. E.g. JIRA

About you

ISTQB Tester Certification (desirable)
Prior experience with Health industry (desirable)
Proven experience in testing KRONOS (Work Force Dimensions) Time and Attendance and associated Workforce Management processes (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in test preparation and execution including use of testing tools
