Patient Service Officer - Calvary North Adelaide Hospital

About the role
Your main duties will include:
Patient admissions and discharges
Data Entry using IPM software
Consulting Rooms Administration Support
General reception and switchboard duties
Health fund eligibility checks
Scanning, photocopying, collation and preparation of case notes
Essential Criteria
Previous administrative experience working in a health care setting
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Patient Services
Patient admission and discharge reception areas
Switchboard
Back of house administration
Data Entry
Medical Records
Sourcing and delivering patient records
Collating records post admission
Digitizing patient records
