THE ROLE

The payroll consultant is responsible for administering and coordinating the payroll function across all employees to ensure a timely and accurate pay cycle each month.

Responsibilities include:_
Coordinate all payroll aspects including superannuation, tax and pay leave and then liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure payroll is executed in a timely matter
Advise and guide employees with any payroll queries
Build and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage end of year requirements including annual pay summaries, payroll tax return and workers comp
Act as the payroll system guru for any queries and provide any information relating to testing and configuration
Manage all audits by compiling and producing certain reports
