About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a values driven AOD Administration Support Officer to provide a full range of administrative support to the AOD Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include

  • Undertake a range of support duties for the AOD Leadership Team meetings; including scheduling, collecting agenda items, recording minutes
  • Manage communications within the AOD Stream and AOD contributions to Social Mission newsletter
  • Maintain up to date documentation on the AOD Toolkit
  • Collaborate with the AOD Leadership team to assist with the transition of files to SharePoint sites
  • Provide admin support to AOD General Manager, AOD Specialists and Clinical Co-Ordinator
  • Develop relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with Kronos time management
  • Collate AOD data for reports (e.g service occupancy, collecting AOD data for SM reports)
  • Update Bulletins and Presentations
This is a permanent part time position (22.8 hours per week). Flexible work arrangements are available with working from home and onsite.


We are open to the 22.8 hours to be worked over 3, 4 days with flexible start and finish times.

Due to team meetings on a Thursday, this day is an essential rostered day however other work days can be negotiated.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award, Level 3.

You will

  • Significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
