Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility over the End2End recruitment process
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations
- Take job briefs
- Write job advertisements
- Conduct thorough phone screens
- Conduct interviews
- Coordinate internal interviews with hiring managers
- Background and reference checking
- Liaise with HR team to ensure new starters are set up
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
About you:
- 23 years internal talent acquisition experience (agency considered)
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Flawless communication
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and multicultural environment
- A real passion for talent acquisition
