Our Corporate Office is located on Queens Road in Melbourne.

This role is based at our Corporate Office, however travel to our development sites (local & interstate) on a regular basis will be required.


Responsibilities
Working closely with our Corporate Counsel, this role will see you manage the leasing function of our business.

We run almost all our hotels on leases, so the successful management of our leasing framework is key to our overall business success.

You'll be part of our small Property & Development team that is focused on achieving business outcomes while also putting relationships first.

We have developed a reputation we're proud of amongst our landlords and business partners, and you'll contribute to the ongoing optimisation of these relationships by supporting, advocating, and reasoning in all aspects related to Owners Corporations, Property and Leasing.


Your accountabilities will include:

  • Execution and enhancement of the Group's Property & Leasing Operational Framework.
  • Management of the Group's leasing portfolio, including renewals and rent reviews, outgoings and reimbursements, abatements and disputes.
  • Management of Owners Corporation matters, including influence of OC budgets and spend, OC liaison, and business representation and advocacy.
  • Management of property insurances.
  • Owners Corporation, leasing and administration support to the operations teams and corporate office.
  • Optimisation of stakeholder relationships with OCs, landlords, property managers and third parties.
