Our client, a large FMCG manufacturer of meat products located in Melbourne's Northern suburbs is seeking a Training Assistant to join the Training team.

This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in a training role. You will need to bring your strong communication and organising skills along with a great, positive attitude.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of the organisation and to be able to motivate others
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
Well presented with a friendly and approachable attitude
Good problem solving and initiative skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work
Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuing learning and development
Ability to manage workload
