Positioned in a great location within the Greater Western Sydney Region, our clients Group is a part of one of Australia's most well-known Real Estate brands, with fantastic teams that they host out of their St Clair & St Mary's based offices.

As a Property Manager, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed within your role.

This role is going to suit a Senior Property Manager coming from a boutique/smaller portfolio or an experienced Property Manager with 2 years experience working with their own portfolio.

About the role:

Use existing company digital processes which will assist with admin and accounts
Run your Department with confidence and motivation
Conducting and completing routine inspections
Conduct ingoings/outgoings inspections including finalising bonds
Communicate with tenants and landlords on a regular basis, ensuring both are well informed
Manage and train the Property Officer/ Leasing Officer in your PODstyle team
Conduct open homes and lease preparations
Attendance of tribunal hearings as required
No trust accounts, maintenance or arrears required

About you:

Experience in Property Management 2 years or more is a must
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Experience with Real Estate software
Highly organised with an exemplary eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Well presented, honest and approachable
Time management skills
Must have a roadworthy vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
