Technical Delivery Lead

The Company


Salt is excited to have partnered with well-established Private Health Insurer based in Melbourne, who is currently looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join one of their Digital Technology teams on a permanent basis.


The Role


As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be joining one of our Private Health Insurance client's Digital Technology teams, where you will lead and manage a small team through release planning, project delivery and deployment.

You will also be responsible for improving SDLC processes, quality and overall performance.

The role will primarily be focused on governance, however, you will also be required to have a strong technical background.


Key Skills and Competencies
The successful Technical Delivery Lead
should have the following skill set:

  • Demonstrated experience working in technical delivery and leading technical teams
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Handson experience in designing and delivering Cloud Native Digital Platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong technical background in Azure, LogicApps and Functions
  • Indepth experience of Continuous Integration, Delivery and Governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
