The Office of the Chief Information and Digital Officer is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Director, Program and Project Delivery.

This leadership position will be pivotal in providing strategic development and high-level oversight of multiple projects and delivery capabilities within the ITDS department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight to the functional units within the portfolio, including direct supervision of the Program and Project Delivery team.
Establish an environment conducive to diverse departmental activities, focusing on major program delivery strategy, project coordination, operational planning, and management of interdependencies.
Address risk and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
Develop ITDS practice and capabilities in project management, frameworks, business analysis, business process reengineering, change management, and system adoption.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the ITDS department effectively.
Actively contribute to shaping and fostering ITDS culture, values, and behaviours as a member of the department's leadership group.

Skills/Experience:

Extensive experience in program and project management, preferably in a complex organizational setting.
Proven track record of strategic leadership and managerial excellence.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving organisational goals.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 5 years based at the Hawkesbury Campus.

Remuneration Package:
A senior remuneration package applies to this appointment.
