Cafe Sydney is Hiring a Bar Duty Manager/ Cocktail Bar Supervisor

Arguably Sydney's most iconic CBD restaurant, Cafe Sydney, is located atop Custom's House in Sydney's Circular Quay with sweeping Sydney Harbour views.

The venue is seeking a hospitality professional to join our leadership team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated bar Duty Manager/Bar Supervisor with previous experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused restaurant or bar.

You must be passionate about cocktails, with excellent leadership, be goals driven and thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Our clientele is a vibrant mix of Sydneysiders from local regulars to CBD professionals, leisurely Saturday lunches, harbour city visitors and food and wine aficionados with an appreciation for the very best produce Australia has to offer.


  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume cocktail venue
  • Strong management experience in busy Restaurants
  • Strong administration skills
  • Exceptional cocktail and spirit knowledge
  • Downtoearth leadership style
  • Be a people person, confident and comfortable working with highexpectation customers
  • Have a positive, professional and engaging demeanour
  • Critical and creative thinking

Salary:
From $71,000.00 per year
