Our client is one of the largest private investment groups in Australia with a diversified portfolio and long-term investment interests.

We are looking for an experienced high level Assistant Development Manager to become part of this expanding business. You will have had exposure to the various stages of the development process which must include Built-form projects. You will have had exposure to the feasibility process and the financial management/reporting as well the hands-on delivery phase.

This role will see you working with some of Perth's most respected property professionals, assisting with the delivery of some amazing projects that you will be proud to be part of.

If you hold a property related degree and have worked as an ADM for over 2-4+ years, then we are keen to hear from you.

To be successful you will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication.
