About the role- Full Time: Temporary upto 12 months, 35 hours a week.
- Location: Parramatta, Sydney CBD or Wollongong with regular travel to Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of quality learning strategies, frameworks, programs and services for the Estate Management Division that will contribute to the achievement of quality services and performance planning objectives.
The role ensures that the quality and merit of all programs and solutions maximises divisional investment in capability building to achieve learning and development objectives and outcomes, ensuring that employees have the skills and confidence to deliver customer-centred services.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Adult Education and/or demonstrated equivalent industry Experience in delivering and evaluating talent and leadership strategies across organisations with demonstrated outcomes on business results.
- Understanding of NSW Trustee & Guardian's key services and customer base including experience working and/or supporting people with disability, vulnerable or older people.
