Customer Service Officers for well-known Melbourne University

About the role
We place our customers at the center of everything we do. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff members are here to provide students with support, information, and advice when they need it.

About You:

Available to work full time hours for 3 months:

Be available to start training on 15th May 2024:
Experience in a fastpaced customer service environment, ideally call center experience
Genuine passion to help students/customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Excellent, positive attitude and great work ethic
Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion, empathy and professionalism
Attention to detail
Great team player
Exceptional organisational skills
Experience working under pressure
An Employee Working with Children Check is required for this position.
