Dealercom have an exciting opportunity for a full-time outbound
Call Centre Operator.

Dealercom supports approximately 38 New and Used Vehicle Autoleague Dealerships and Service Centres across WA & Victoria. Autoleague represents some of the strongest brands in the industry, including Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Volkswagen and more.

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers.

You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail.

ROLE:

Answer all phone enquiries in a polite manner
Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
Build and maintain customer loyalty by promoting an ongoing relationship with Autoleague
Resolve complaints and escalate to the dealerships as required
Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
