Our client is a company with a rich history of innovation and success, and they are looking for a dynamic and experienced State Operations Manager to join their team and continue their tradition of excellence.

The Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced State Operations Manager to oversee our operations
across multiple sites within the State.

This is a critical leadership role that requires an individual with a strong track record of managing complex operations and a passion for building, maintaining and empowering a diverse and large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all operations within the state, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple sites.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational processes and achieve costeffective results.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and strong leadership within the workforce.
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Health, Safety and Environment, Sales, and Marketing, to align operations with business goals.
Provide regular performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the operations team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites,
