The Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced State Operations Manager to oversee our operations
across multiple sites within the State.
This is a critical leadership role that requires an individual with a strong track record of managing complex operations and a passion for building, maintaining and empowering a diverse and large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operations within the state, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational processes and achieve costeffective results.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and strong leadership within the workforce.
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Health, Safety and Environment, Sales, and Marketing, to align operations with business goals.
- Provide regular performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the operations team.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites,

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
