Partnering with trusted suppliers, this organisation provides meaningful products to improve the healthcare of humans.As a newly created role due to growth, this business is seeking an Office Coordinator/ Customer Care Consultant to join their vibrant team.
The Role:
Working in a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking staff travel
- Organising staff events when required
- Replenishment of stock and kitchen amenities
- General cleanliness of the office
- Receiving and managing customer queries
- Taking customer orders and providing a necessary update to the customer
- Receipting payments
- Preparation of quotes and tenders
- Identifying any nonconformance
To Be Successful:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Administration experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
