The role:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide user support facetoface and remotely
  • Working in a small team day to day
  • Collaborating with a geographically diverse greater team
  • Supporting users in person (some mínimal offsite travel may be required)

Requirements:


  • Polite, friendly and personable
  • Passion for customer support using technology
  • Flexible approach to work duties
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work 45 days in the office at St Kilda location
  • Previous experience using remote support tools
  • Application support experience (building/ engineering sector is a bonus)
  • 612 months working experience in IT industry
  • Australian residency
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
