Workroom Clerk to join their Melbourne Office to assist with all aspects of administration support. Not only will you have

This amazing opportunity will see you assisting in all areas of the business with legal support and office services tasks.

Your enthusiastic approach to your work will see you thrive in this busy environment that will provide you with invaluable experiences and lay the foundations for your legal support skills.

Your career will transition quickly as you are mentored by the senior staff while undertaking administrative tasks including:

Photocopying and binding of legal documents and other materials;
Assisting with the opening and sorting of the mail;
Undertaking the delivery, lodging and collection of documents to all courts and barrister chambers;
Providing reception relief when required;
Assisting with the setting up and clearing of conference rooms, meeting rooms and boardroom; and
Adhoc duties as required

To guarantee your success in this fantastic new role,

you will have completed year 12 and ideally have obtained an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice. You will need to be well organised and have a strong 'can do attitude' with the ability to think on your feet. It is expected that you hold exceptional attention to detail and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
