WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
About the Team
This role reports through to our Manager AIC and GSC and works alongside 7 others in the team.
The team is made up of both Project Managers and Data and Reporting Officers and forms part of the greater Supply Chain team.
The AIC team works closely with our Finance and Procurement divisions and the role will be based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank.
About the Role
The Data and Reporting Specialist - AIC will work closely with Rheinmetall entities and Subcontractors to monitor and report Australian Industry Capability content and data to our customer and to internal RDA stake-holders.
As the Data and Reporting Specialist - AIC
, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Deliver Regular AIC written reports to both the customer and internal stakeholders;
- Collect and monitor Subcontractor's AIC content and manage the AIC reporting required from the Subcontractor;
- Manage and interpret the AIC data including actuals and forecasting for internal and external reporting;
- Develop improvements for collecting, managing, and reporting AIC Data;
- Work closely with the financial organisations across Rheinmetall and the subcontractors to sync the reporting of AIC;
- Work closely with the customer to resolve discrepancies in the AIC reporting; and
- Collaborate with the AIC Project Managers and internal stakeholders in relation to AIC reporting and updating the AIC Plan.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Degree in Finance, Business or a related field (or equivalent working experience);
- Proven experience in pricing or calculation;
- Broad knowledge and experience in Australian, New Zealand and international financial calculation and financial reporting;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in commercial and financial management of Australian Defence projects is desirable;
- Experience in subcontractor management for Australian Defence contracts is desirable;
- Ability to travel interstate or overseas when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
