About the role


Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will be the first person a guest interacts with upon arrival to Australia's largest hotel.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include, the handling of luggage, parking of valet cars and responding to guest queries.

To succeed in this role, you will remain cool under pressure, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment maintaining a 5-star level of service.

This position is a great pathway for someone seeking to gain experience in Rooms Division.

Our team will assist in providing you with the necessary skills needed should you wish to work in Front Office in your future career.
