This is a unique, multi-faceted and diverse role where you will never be bored and no 2 days are the same.

We are looking for a Marketing & Administration Support person who is multi-skilled and driven, to genuinely make a difference to our growing business.

National Ability Service is an up-and-coming NDIS Provider, our purpose is to enhance the lives of our clients, assisting them to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.

The client is at the centre of all we do, and through the delivery of caring, flexible, and effective support, we aim to be Australia's most trusted NDIS provider.


The Role:


This is a relatively new role in our team and so whilst we are struggling to know what to call the role (hey, you can even help us come up with your own job title when you get the role), we do know the type of person we want for this important position.

We are looking for someone with a genuinely bubbly and friendly personality, someone who can juggle several tasks at the same time, a person who can not only do what is asked of them but who can also come to us with suggestions and ideas on how to enhance what we do.

If you have some experience in data administration and a strong knowledge of Social Media, then we are keen to hear from you.


What you'll be doing:


  • Design & schedule social media posts
  • Design & order Promotional Products / Flyers etc
  • Establish, compiling and send out emarketing campaigns
  • Compile and maintain the company website
  • Various admin tasks both standard and adhoc tasks
  • Compiling and maintaining various spreadsheets
  • Data Entry
  • Sourcing information that can support business growth
  • Plus so much more

The skills/traits we are looking for:

  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate a database/rostering system
  • Outofthebox thinker who can quickly understand how a business operates and the value that data adds
  • Ability to strategize in relation to how data can be best utilised to grow business outcomes
  • A fast learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of how to use and post to Social Media sites. Understanding SEO is desired but not required.
  • Desire to work in a fun, fastpaced environment alongside dedicated colleagues.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to preempt what is needed in the role and in the business.
