A vacancy exists in the Executive Office for a highly motivated Executive Support & Office Coordinator with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the position:


The Executive Support & Office Coordinator will provide effective, efficient and confidential support to the Relevant Executive Director and Executive Office team to ensure staffing levels are optimal, liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The role will contribute to the successful operations in the executive suite.**_
Applicant will be required to obtain a Corrective Service Clearance NSW to be able to take up this role._**

Demonstrate previous administration experience, including record/document/diary management5. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under broad supervision while undertaking a diverse range of tasks in a team environment.7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
