We are an industry leader in the Mining and Civil Earthmoving industries with over 50 years' experience and operate a large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia.

The Boonal Joint Venture is a coal load out facility located near Blackwater in Central Queensland. The role will include Dozer operation on a coal stockpile, as well as Water Truck operation at the site. This role is a 7/7 day/night roster and accommodation is provided for those who don't live locally.

To be successful in this role you will;

Be able to work day and night shifts
Ensure effective operation of plant to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenance
Maintain a safe work environment and be committed to adhering and promoting a strong safety culture
Comply with site Safety & health Management System policies, procedures, and work practices
Communicate with operators and other personnel to coordinate operations
Refuelling and general machine inspections
Adherence to all site and company policies and procedures

Applicants must have.

Relevant RII competencies or competencies signed off within the last 5years
Previous experience in the operation of Dozers, including on stockpiles
A current HC or MC Licence
Previous experience in the operation of other plant, including Haul Trucks and Water Trucks
Current Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
