About the role:


This opportunity will see you provide technical expertise and Information Management knowledge to support the daily operations of our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

This role is responsible for daily system operations to enable business requirements to be delivered, while supporting with the delivery of continuous improvements and optimisation of Information Management Systems in accordance with legislative and policy requirements.


Key functions of the role include:

  • Knowledge of and recent experience with data and information management practices and classification, including an understanding of the relationship between records and archives functions
  • Coordination of Right to Information (RTI) activities including understanding and adhering to policies and legislation.
  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Information Management Systems
  • Lead the Information Management team prioritising activities and ensuring deliverable are achieved and reported.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders coupled with Vendor Management
  • Support with the enablement of business requirements and processes to be delivered through enhanced or optimised configuration

  • Prior experience working with Objective (Desirable) or similar document management system
  • Ability to communication with influence across a range of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to translate a business need into system design and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with Third Party Vendors.
  • Proven expertise in technology service availability, performance, and capacity, along with information security.
  • Program and project management skills enabling agile delivery of improvements will be highly regarded.
