Brand new premium hotel in popular Newcastle location

My client is part of a global hotel group and looking for a skilled Night Auditor to join their team, providing excellent service to guests and assisting the team with admin support overnight.

The role:

Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests

- assisting with In Room Dining and other guest requests

Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information

About you:

Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to each customers visit
Immaculate presentation
Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays
A passion for hospitality & enthusiasm for working with a wide range of guests
