Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you

About the role


Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

About the school

You will be leading your team of educators at Hammond Park OSHClub.

Licensed for 80 children, this service definitely has room to grow with about 35-40 in "Rise then Shine" and 60-65 in "Stay and Play'.

The working hours for this service are 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM totaling to 38 hours per week (includes 8 hours admin time)


You'll have the support of an experienced, passionate, and consistent high performing team of educators, in addition to a present and supportive regional manager.

Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
Australian work rights


Desirable:
Hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing
