Our Purpose
We have created a new role in our Marketing, Brand and CX team for an experienced and innovative Marketing Lead to set the strategic direction and provide advice on the marketing strategy to achieve customer and business outcomes in line with this vision.
The Marketing Lead will be pivotal in the discovery and design of new customer propositions (working with CX Design, Customer Insights and the Proposition Crew) to ensure customer insights are embedded into the design process.
This role will also lead a high energy marketing team to success, helping them create and manage marketing strategies and plans from design through to delivery and integration.
Day to day, this role would see you:
- Leading the customer and marketing strategy direction between stakeholder and Senior Execs to ensure connection and alignment of priorities.
- Leading the marketing strategy to take priority propositions to market and embed into existing customer journeys and 'always on' marketing where relevant.
- Bringing new proposition marketing strategies to life by transitioning them.
- Taking some time out to restore and recharge you might head out for a walking one on one with a team member in the sunshinfe, get to a gym class or schedule time in your calendar to get to your childs school assemble.
- Identifying budget required to delivery marketing programs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Establish feedback loop on propositions in market (performance and customer response) to inform design optimisation.
The Marketing Lead will know the proposition (or product) development process inside out, with knowledge of human centred design a real advantage.
The role is underpinned by deep customer insights backed by extensive primary and secondary research, industry insights, product knowledge and data.
All of this knowledge and experience will enable you to plan and shape market leading CVP's for customers to achieve brand, retention and acquisition targets.
